These are consolidated appeals of two claims filed under the Workers' Compensation Law, §§ 287.010-.855.1 Both claims arise out of a fire which occurred at approximately 3:00 a.m. on August 7, 1983, in an apartment on the premises of the employer, McCall Amusement, Inc. at Branson, Missouri.
