This litigation is best described as a can of worms and every time we turn our backs on it someone lets out more worms. Unfortunately once the worms get out of the can the only way to get them back in is to get a bigger can. After struggling for several years to catch all the worms and watching the can get bigger and bigger, we have finally hit on a solution dictated by the tenets of limited federal jurisdiction....
