The appellee, Cathy Mines Meave, brought this wrongful death action on behalf of herself and her children following her husband's death in 1982. Twin City Fire Insurance Co. ("Twin City") joined, as intervenor, to recover past and future payments to the appellees under the Workers' Compensation Act.
