STEWART, Justice:

Danny Duane Buck was convicted of two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute for value in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 58-37-8(1)(a)(ii) (1986). On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in admitting incriminating evidence seized in his home pursuant to a search warrant. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in not suppressing evidence seized in defendant's home after a no-knock entry...
