Prier Brass appeals from an award of attorney's fees and fifteen percent safety-violation penalty assessed against it by the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission, contending that both awards were erroneously computed. The claimant, Prentice Weller, cross-appeals contending that the separate attorney's fee awarded for prosecution of the safety-violation claim was inadequate.
