On October 20, 1987, this Court overruled the motion of the defendants, Morris Wayne Webb and Debby Buchanan, to dismiss the superseding indictment. This Court held that the superseding indictment properly tracked the requirements set forth in the recent and controversial Supreme Court decision in McNally v.
