Defendant was convicted of possession of a controlled substance (ORS 167.238), felony driving while revoked (ORS 153.623(21)(c)), reckless driving (ORS 153.623(20)), and attempting to elude a police officer (ORS 153.623(24)). He assigns as error the trial court's denial of his motion in limine to exclude his prior felony conviction for manufacture of a controlled substance.
