MEMORANDUM OPINION

KOCORAS, District Judge:

This case comes before the court on defendant Oudensha America, Inc.'s motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.Pro. 12(b)(6). For the following reasons, defendant's motion is granted.
