SWEET, District Judge.

This action, initiated by plaintiff Richard Meyer ("Meyer") in 1982, as custodian for Pamela Meyer, a shareholder of the Daily Cash Accumulation Fund, Inc. ("the Fund") against the Fund and nine other defendants was the subject of a bench trial on March 11, 1988. Upon the testimony, exhibits and arguments submitted, the following findings and conclusions are reached upon which judgment will be entered dismissing the complaint...
