OPINION

SEERDEN, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of involuntary manslaughter. He was given a ten-year probated sentence and a $5,000.00 fine. We reverse and remand.

This case arose from a car wreck in which appellant was operating a vehicle on Alameda Street in Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, when it collided with another vehicle being operated by Marcus Meza. The Meza vehicle had been traveling in the opposite direction on Alameda and attempted...
