DICKENSON, Justice.

The jury convicted Teresa Gilliam of a second degree felony offense, delivery of a controlled substance [less than 28 grams of amphetamine]1 and assessed her punishment2 at confinement for three years and a fine of $5,750. We affirm the conviction.
