Precision Carwash Corp. ("Precision" or "Debtor") is moving for summary judgment on its motion to reclassify the claim of William Engle as a general, unsecured claim. William Engle has filed a claim for $50,000 as an administration expense. Re-classification is requested on the ground that the services for which Engle seeks payment were all rendered prior to January 22, 1987, the date on which the Chapter 11 proceeding...
