OPINION BY JUDGE SMITH, May 5, 1988:

Claimant, John Szostek, appeals from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed the referee's denial of benefits to Claimant pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)1. We affirm the decision of the Board.
