George F. Henry, Jr. has appealed from a judgment dismissing his petition for reinstatement of his license to practice law. Appellant insists that the trial court's finding on the issue of "competence to practice law" is against the "overwhelming" weight of the evidence. He further charges that the record considered by the trial judge was incomplete, that facts set forth in the judgment are erroneous, and that there is a conspiracy...
