This case comes before us on appeal by the defendants from a judgment entered in the Superior Court declaring portions of two statutes enacted by the General Assembly, G.L. 1956 (1984 Reenactment) § 42-94-5, as amended by P.L. 1986, ch. 1, and G.L. 1956 (1986 Reenactment) § 28-33-1.1(i)(1)(C), unconstitutional as violative of this court's exclusive power to regulate the practice of law.
