The complaint in this action was filed on or about May 28, 1987 in the Superior Court of New Jersey by Luis Fajardo, plaintiff, against Mayfair Supermarkets, Inc. ("Mayfair") and Local 1262, United Food & Commercial Workers Union ("Union").
