MEMORANDUM

MOTZ, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Agnes A. Reaves, instituted this suit against defendants, Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Richard A. Fuselier, in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City. Defendants filed a petition for removal to the Court, and they have now—after the completion of discovery—moved for summary judgment as to the claims asserted against them.1
