CAHN, District Judge.

Defendant Hammermill Paper Company, Inc., t/a Advance Paper and Chemical Company (hereinafter "Hammermill"), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Erie, Pennsylvania, has moved to transfer this case to United States District Court for the District of Maryland pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a).
