The M & I Northern Bank brought this adversary proceeding under § 523(a)(2)(B) and (a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code, claiming that Gregory R. Meyer obtained an extension, renewal or refinance of credit in the sum of $40,000 by using false personal financial statements. The testimony and documentary evidence presented at trial have caused the court to make the following findings of fact and conclusions...
