MAUS, Judge.

A jury found the defendant committed the offense of receiving stolen property on or about November 28, 1986, by retaining parts of a stolen truck. § 570.080. The jury assessed his punishment at imprisonment for three years and a fine to be determined by the court. The court sentenced the defendant to imprisonment for three years, but suspended execution of that sentence and placed the defendant on probation for five years. The court did not respond...
