Mary Elizabeth Bacon, Judge of the 338th Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, asks this Court to order respondent, Ires Manes, Secretary, Harris County Republican Party Executive Committee, to omit the name of the real party in interest, Mark Sokolow, from the Republican Party primary election ballot for the general primary election to be held on March 8, 1988.
