Plaintiffs Nathan and Joseph Armbruster ("the Armbrusters") brought this action in the Illinois Circuit Court of Kane County seeking continued nursing care for Nathan under a health benefits insurance policy issued by defendant Benefit Trust Life Insurance Company ("Benefit Trust").
