Farmers Irrigating Ditch & Reservoir Company, a Colorado mutual ditch company with its principal place of business in Loveland, Colorado (hereinafter referred to as "Farmers"), was the owner of a reservoir known as Lawn Lake in Larimer County, Colorado.
