Plaintiff, American Original Corporation (the "plaintiff"), initially brought this action on June 11, 1986, in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware in and for Kent County alleging that Legend, Inc. and Smooth Saturn, Inc. (collectively "the defendants"), breached a contract, dated December 4, 1985, by selling surf clams to plaintiff's competitors. (Docket Item ["D.I."] 1.) Defendants forthwith removed the action to this Court...
