Murray (Murrays), present shareholders of defendant Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), and Murray & Murray Co., L.P.A., Profit-Sharing Plan & Trust and Murray & Murray Co., L.P.A., Pension Plan & Trust (Plans), two former shareholders of HCA, initiated this federal securities action against HCA and all but one of its current directors in May, 1987.1...
