Plaintiff Pamela D. Bentz appeals a judgment of the Luna County District Court denying her request to invalidate a tax sale of realty. A co-tenant, Charles F. Bentz, has not filed a notice of appeal, however, the interests of both co-tenants are involved in this appeal. See Velasquez v. Mascarenas, 71 N.M. 133, 376 P.2d 311 (1962).
