These causes are now before the Court on the plaintiffs' motion to reconsider, alter, amend or vacate this Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order filed herein on May 22, 1987, 660 F.Supp. 878. Pursuant to the terms and provisions of said Memorandum Opinion and Order, this Court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants herein and, thereby, dismissed the plaintiffs' complaints...
