This matter is before the court on various motions and affidavits filed by defendant Geane Doby on December 17, 1986. The motions include a "Motion to Withdraw Plea of Guilty," a "Motion for Corrected Sentence," and a "Motion for Appointment of Counsel." After due consideration, the court finds that Doby's three motions should be DENIED.
