The plaintiff Magid Manufacturing Co., Inc. ("Magid") is a disgruntled former distributor of the products manufactured by the defendant U.S.D. Corporation ("U.S. D."). U.S.D. terminated its relationship with Magid in January, 1983 and Magid subsequently filed this lawsuit in which Magid alleges that U.S.D. committed certain antitrust violations, breached a contract with Magid and defrauded Magid...
