Jerry Brunsoman, having previously obtained a judgment against the limited partnership of which Douglas Seltz was general partner, brought this action to enforce that judgment against Douglas Seltz. Although the case had been scheduled for trial, the trial court entered judgment for Brunsoman on the basis of the records and arguments of the parties.
