Keith Williams appeals from an order denying his motion to vacate a default judgment. Default judgment was ordered when appellant failed to answer respondent's complaint. Appellant claims that he is entitled to vacation of the judgment pursuant to Minn.R.Civ.P. 60.02(1) (excusable neglect) or Rule 60.02(6) (any other reason justifying relief).
