A jury found defendant Kevin Howard Lewis guilty of two counts of vehicular manslaughter as defined and denounced by § 565.024.1(2), RSMo Supp.1984. His punishment was assessed at 4½ years imprisonment on each count. It was ordered that the sentences be served consecutively.
