This is a suit to determine heirship. On March 17, 1978, Bob Holley conveyed approximately one hundred acres of land in Smith County, Texas, by warranty deed to the appellee Sam Little (Little). The land was originally owned by Bob Holley's grandfather, Henry Holley (Holley), who died intestate in 1925.
