PER CURIAM.

This case comes to us by way of an order of the Supreme Court remanding the case for a determination whether res judicata applies to bar a reduction in plaintiff's workers' compensation award.

On November 25, 1975, while plaintiff was working for defendant C & H Industries, the middle finger of her right hand was severed by a machine on which she was working. In September, 1976, plaintiff filed a petition for workers' compensation benefits...
