On January 22, 1986, the debtor herein filed a petition under Chapter 13 of Title 11, United States Code, hereinafter referred to "U.S.C.". In said petition the debtor included among his creditors Mr. Benjamin Laracuente as an unsecured creditor in the amount of approximately $15,000.00.
