In this action, plaintiffs allege that Ralph Richard Rowe sustained injuries to his back while working for Rebel Rentals on a rig owned by Dolphin-Titan International situated upon a platform owned by Tenneco Oil Company. Dolphin-Titan is in bankruptcy, and all actions against it have been stayed. Rebel Rentals has intervened to recover compensation paid to plaintiff pursuant to the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation...
