Plaintiff appeals by leave granted from summary disposition entered by the Muskegon Circuit Court in favor of defendants Terry Wildfong, Robert Daane, and Mary Woodroff on the bases of: (1) public employee immunity, MCR 2.116(C)(7), and (2) failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, MCR 2.116(C)(8).
