This matter is before us on a petition brought by Glen Mills Schools (Glen Mills) for a writ of prohibition directed to the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Glen Mills seeks to have this Court invalidate the Common Pleas Court Order committing Christopher T., a juvenile, to its facility.
