Plaintiffs appeal from an order of summary disposition in favor of defendants in this dispute arising under the Birmingham zoning ordinance. We affirm.

Plaintiffs apparently own residential property in Birmingham immediately north of a parcel of land surrounding a city water tower and known as the "water tower parcel."
