Plaintiff, Allied Roofers Supply Corp, ("Allied") has moved for summary judgment, pursuant to Rule 56, Fed.R.Civ.P., on its claim to recover from defendants Jervin Construction Co ("Jervin") and Vincent Pugliese ("Pugliese") the price of a contract to supply roofing materials and to dismiss defendants' counterclaim.
