RICHARD G. FREIDIN of SHORT HILLS, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1956, having been convicted of tax evasion in violation of 26 U.S.C.A. 7201 and causing false statements in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. 1001, 1002;

It is ORDERED that pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), RICHARD G. FREIDIN is automatically temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of ethics proceedings...
