This Court having entered an Order on June 15, 1987, automatically temporarily suspending JAMES V. GASSARO of NEW BRUNSWICK from the practice of law pursuant to Rule 1:20-6(a)(1) following his conviction of a serious crime, and the conviction having been vacated, and JAMES V. GASSARO having made application to have the Order of temporary suspension lifted, and the Office of Attorney Ethics having no objection;
