This is an action under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2, and the Donnelly Act, N.Y.Gen.Bus.Corp.Law § 340. Plaintiffs allege unlawful restraint of trade, monopolization, and price fixing in violation of the federal antitrust laws as well as New York State law.
