Plaintiff, Trump Plaza Associates, formerly known as Harrah's Associates and doing business as Harrah's Trump Plaza Casino Hotel ("Trump"), filed the complaint in this action on June 25, 1985, pursuant to Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185 (1947), to set aside a March 28, 1986 arbitration award.
