OPINION AND ORDER

PIERAS, District Judge.

On February 11, 1987, defendants Esteban Pizarro and Jesús Vázquez were convicted on all charges of a four-count indictment for cocaine importation, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it, possession of undeclared cocaine aboard an aircraft, and conspiracy. On March 26, 1987, Vázquez was sentenced to ten years on each count and Pizarro to six years on each count. The defendants filed timely...
