Appellant Crosby brought this negligence action against respondent Sawyer to recover for personal injuries sustained in a collision between his truck and Sawyer's automobile. Crosby moved for a directed verdict on the issue of liability which was denied. The case was submitted to the jury and the jury returned a verdict for Sawyer.
