SAWYER, J.
Plaintiff filed a complaint in the circuit court alleging that defendant wrongfully terminated his employment. The trial court granted summary disposition in favor of defendant on the grounds that collateral estoppel barred plaintiff's action. MCR 2.116(C)(7). Plaintiff now appeals and we affirm.
