The plaintiff, Archie Holley, filed a complaint against the defendants Brad Badgerow, Bruce Ekhoff (B & E Builders), and Benjamin and Paulette Board for injuries the plaintiff received when he fell from a scaffold which he had constructed while repairing the Boards' residence.
