Marilyn J. LeBlanc sued her uninsured/underinsured motorist carrier, Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate), Roxanne Barras, and Republic Vanguard Insurance Company, defendant's liability carrier, for personal injuries she and her minor daughter, Tiffany, sustained as a result of an automobile accident.
