BARRY, Judge.

The defendant was convicted of simple burglary, La.R.S. 14:62, and sentenced to 12 years at hard labor. A multiple bill is pending. The only assignment of error requests review for errors patent. There are none.

The defendant subsequently filed a pro se brief which argues that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress. The trial court did not rule on the motion because the state responded that no evidence had been seized; however...
